Our pest control treatments cover a wide range of pests including insects, rodents, termites, and other infestations as outlined in the service agreement. Any pest issues not listed may require a separate quote or service plan.
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. Missed appointments or failure to provide access may result in additional charges.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers. Invoices must be cleared within 7 days.
While we strive to eliminate pests with each treatment, multiple visits may be necessary depending on infestation levels. Follow-up treatments may incur additional costs unless covered in a service plan.
Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by our technicians. Pets and children should be kept away from treated areas for the recommended duration.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds will only be issued for services not rendered and at the discretion of management.
